HELLO AND WELCOME to the Unique Experience of the Jailhouse Cafe.  Hi my name is Suzette and I manage the unique place called the JailHouse Cafe that not only has been voted best Breakfast place in Orange County known specifically for our Avocado Toast, Amazing Waffles and Huge Presidential Steak and Eggs but also includes a very unique destiniation and photo opportunities.   Can you believe you can at special times on certain days eat specials from the White House Menu. You can view the Original Nixon Museum Room as well go to a special area to dine in the Original San Clemente Jail that John Wayne and other celebrities were notoriously frequently using to get away from it all and getting Inspired to write even better and heartfealt movies. 

From a history view, our restaurant entrance is the 1973 San Clemente Police Station and Fire Department entrance and Presidential entrace used by President Richard M. Nixon.  He would use this entrance to visit the newly constructed police and fire station of San Clemente used to service the Western White House.  Visitors included the Secret Service, Men In Black, US Marshals, California High Way Patrol, CIA, FBI, Federal, State and Local Firemen, Special Negotiators, City Police, Foreign Dignitataries, Secret Police, Heads of State, Leaders and Many more unique characters and unique things we cannot tell you about that are top secret at the time are are still today.  They were all here and discussed great things inside this location that affected the world security, progress of nations and created a lasting peace for many years to come including today and will continue to influence the peace of a new tomorrow.  This gives us at the Jailhouse Cafe important reason and duty to have Presidental Service, be inspiring and to richly greet everyone who visits Foreign or Domestic, King or Queen. Commoner, Celebrity, Leader, Representative, Cowboy or Cowgirl.  You are all welcome to tour or taste something Wildly Western White House or unique and Timeless in San Clemente.

We are located inside Old Town San Clemente an Old Spaghetti Western Town in the Heart of San Clemente.
We also do Special Events, Parties, Fund Raisers, Corporate Events, Birthdays, as well as Mystery Theater in Evenings.
